These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of White Hat Backlink ("we," "us," "our") services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
White Hat Backlink provides link building services including but not limited to:
All services are delivered on a per-placement basis. You will receive a white-label report detailing placements, publication authority metrics (Domain Authority, referring domains), and placement URLs.
Payment is due before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers. Pricing is per placement and varies based on Domain Authority, traffic, and niche relevance. A 50% deposit is required to reserve placements; the remaining balance is due before link publication.
Invoices are issued upon service commencement. Late payments may result in service suspension without notice.
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee: if a placement fails to go live within 60 days of contracted date, we will refund 100% of the placement fee and retry the link at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for placements that successfully go live, regardless of subsequent changes to the target page by the publisher.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within 7 days of the failed placement date. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

No Ranking Guarantees: White Hat Backlink does not guarantee any specific search ranking improvements or organic traffic increases. Links are editorial in nature and their SEO impact varies based on numerous factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, and your overall SEO strategy.
Link Removal: Publishers may remove links or modify content at any time. We are not responsible for link removals or modifications made by publishers after successful placement. We do not maintain relationships with all publishers and cannot prevent editorial changes.
Placement Timing: Placement timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to publisher responsiveness, content revisions, or editorial schedules. We commit to best-effort outreach and placement within contracted windows.
You retain all rights to your content and branding. You grant White Hat Backlink a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your website information, content samples, and case study data solely for the purpose of securing placements and generating reports.
All content created by White Hat Backlink (outreach emails, custom copy, graphics) is owned by White Hat Backlink and may be modified or adapted for placement purposes.
White Hat Backlink's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. We will complete any placements already secured; new placements will not be initiated.
We may terminate immediately if you: (a) breach these Terms and fail to cure within 10 days of notice, (b) engage in illegal activity, (c) misrepresent your business or products, or (d) violate publisher terms or attempt to manipulate search results through unauthorized means.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
